According to US News and World Report’s Best Graduate Schools ranking, Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons is ranked one of the 2014 top ten Medical Schools for Research in the Nation.
Columbia was also the only medical school in the entire City and State of New York to be listed in the top ten.
According to U.S. News, the 114 accredited US medical schools they looked at were ranked based on factors that included, admission statistics, faculty-to-student ratio, peer review, and support received by the National Institute of Health.
